TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Guests agree there is no cooking of pungent food (such as curries) or fish inside the apartments. Cooking of these foods is permitted outside on the BBQs provided.
All of our apartments are non-smoking inside. Guests may smoke outside where ash trays are provided.
No parties are to be thrown either inside or outside the apartments.
No pets are allowed.
Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Your consideration for other occupants of the apartment complex is appreciated.
A deposit is required to confirm all reservations at Central Wagga Apartments. Depending on the length of booking, this is generally equal to one night’s accommodation.
Short-term bookings: Reservations of less than 28 nights
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, no refunds are available.
Long-term bookings: Reservations of 28 nights or more
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
If the guest books a long term reservation and decides to cancel the reservation before the start date, the first month of the reservation is paid to the host in full and not refunded to the guest.
If the guest books a reservation and decides to cancel the reservation during their stay, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if the remaining portion of the original reservation is less than 30 days.
Long-term bookings: Reservations of 90 nights or more
Bookings of more than 90 nights are covered by a lease agreement. Please get in touch for a copy of the agreement.
